More details to this question:
I have just learned I failed a UA for alcohol with 28 days left on probation. Since Nov.,2013, I have been on the Soberlink device that requires me to "blow" 4 times a day, 7 days a week and HAVE NEVER FAILED A SINGLE TEST, NOT ONE! On the day of the UA, I passed the Soberlink at 7 am, 12 noon, failed the UA at 3pm, and passed the Soberlink again at 5 pm and 10 pm. Prior to failing the UA, I had passed approximately 80 days on Soberlink, testing 4 times a day (provable). Prior to that, I passed 6 months with the SCRAM device, no tampering charges or failures, (provable). All probation requirements have been fullfilled, no fines or fees are owed, etc. Question: What is going to happen to me? The UA, and Soberlink are touted as 100% reliable and the "Gold Standard", but clearly the UA test has totally failed, at least in this case. What happens when the two technologies ...collide? My probation is over in March, 2014, after ..4..long...years...
