More details to this question:
Person was accused of having sexual acts with a person that was not out about his sexuality. One charged with act was 17 the victim was 16. One charge was questioned at the age of 17 and was not charged till months later after turning 18, was charged as an adult and sent to prison. Is there a way this can be expunged?
