More details to this question:
in 2003 i was arrested for evading arrest in a motor vehicle it was dropped to a misdeamenor and i only served 30 days county time instead of state jail time max.2years my first ever major offense i was told it wouldnt stand as a felony on my record but it is anyway how can i get it sealed or expunged its been 10 years on job applications i dont know whether to put yes or no to being a felon because its been over 10 years

Unfortunately, you cannot have it expunged or sealed, if you took a conviction for the misdemeanor and did 30 days County time on that. However, you can certainly say on job appplications that you are not a felon. If the case was dropped to a misdemeanor, and you did jail time for that, then you have a misdemeanor conviction, but no felony. Given what you posted here, you are not a felon.
