My wife is in custody on VOP for 2 forgery charges she pled guilty on in 1995. She did not complete the probation ordered. How should she proceed? What could be her penalties in Missouri for the class c felonies. We would like to obtain legal consul, about what can we expect to pay?

If she has and open probation violation in MO, you need an attorney in MO. If she's in custody in Florida, you might be able to work out a bond or release without extradition. Consult attorneys in both states.
