QUESTION

Fingerprints on baggies?

Asked on Dec 22nd, 2018 on Parole and Probation - Florida
More details to this question:
I’m on probation for over 28 grams of cannabis and paraphernalia in Florida. My neighbor found a backpack while she was doing her garden with a lock on it and called the police. My other neighbor (a friend of mine) saw the cop and went to ask him what was going on. He then said that there was a backpack with 3 bags of cannibas over 28 grams and a bag of about 7 Xanax pills and a scale. He told my friend that there was someone on probation for drugs next door (me) who was on probation for drugs. And he was going to take the backpack to narcotics to get fingerprints and if my fingerprints came up on it I wasn’t going to see the light of day for a long time. It’s been 4 days and I haven’t heard from any police or my probation officer about anything. My question is how likely are they to find my finger prints on these plastic bags and if they do how likely are they to charge me? I’m in the process of obtaining a criminal defense lawyer at the moment.
