More details to this question:
Got D.U.I. Dec 22,2013 for hitting a tree and leaving the scene of prop damage(3 broken branches on small shrubs). The tree I hit was in front of the house of shrubs. I did hit windshield with my head and starred it and made hole and left hair behind. At E.R. after cat scan it showed brain injury and they put a neck collar on. At no time at the scene did the ambulance put neck brace on or used a back board. They nurse said I was walking around. I do not remember must as of yet. It was a foggy night. Police did revolked my license and I am now waiting for court date. Is there any way to get a pro-bono lawyer too help? I am a school teacher and need my license to work so I wont lose 2 jobs to make ends meet.

If you can not afford an attorney the court will appoint one to represent you. However, you say that you are a school teacher. Since you do work at a job with a relatively decent wage, you may not qualify for court appointed counsel. If this is the case you will have to hire your own lawyer. I highly recommend that you do not try to represent yourself. You only have one chance to deal with this situation and the decision that you make now will remain with you for the rest of your life.
