More details to this question:
I was arrested 4yrs ago for marijuana distribution last week the detective called me said he got my phone number out of a database and had to return my property of $800 since the paperwork was done incorrectly. he met me and gave it to me all I signed was a property receipt. Should I be worried?

Probably not, though sometimes they can get pretty devious.
