My friend took a credit card out in dads name and it came to his home. Friend was making payments to dad that went through his account to credit card company. Can friend be in trouble?

What your "friend" did was illegal but if the dad found out about it and didn't do anything and allowed your friend to make payments, then the dad ratified and approved what happened.
