Got a conceal carry with a fire arm charge

More details to this question:
I recently got pulled over for my tints being too dark I took them off. I got charged with concealed carry with a fire arm. A couple years ago I surrendered my license over to the state and completed the program. I was suppose to get a deposition in order to get my license back but my lawyer never got the deposition for me
