Government website will not remove my case information online after getting the case dismissed and expunged.

More details to this question:
I got a nolle prosequi and expungement several years ago for a DUI (something that I am definitely not proud of and will never do again). TNCourts.gov will not remove the information online because the case went to trial, but was eventually dismissed. I thought that an expungement would be sufficient enough, but apparently not. What can I do to get my case information removed online, or at the very least, have my name omitted?
If an expungement order was entered, then is should be expunged. The only that I can suggest is that you hire an attorney to have it removed from the site.
