Recently was charged with check forgery a felony 5 , I have a attempt at motor vehicle theft in 2005, (f6). A unlawful use of transaction device and theft under 500 of at risk person in 2009(f6). And a perjury in 2014 (f4). Now the da has added 4 habitual criminal charges to my new charge. Can they use them. ? Being the time between and the difference in them?
