Has my 6 year old bench warrant been dismissed?

Hi, I have a 6 year old warrant. It is for violation (FTA) on a one year probation for a gross misdemeanor. I am out of state and both the state and my local PD are aware of my whereabouts as I have to register as a sex offender with the local PD. I have not been in any trouble since June of 2008 when the warrant was issued. I was wondering why I haven't been picked up on it, or has it been dismissed? Thank you.
