Hasnt he been in jail long enough?

My boyfriend was put on 11/29 probation for two misdemeanor that he has plead guilty too. Since then he has had a first probation violation due to a missed and failed drug test recently his probation got revoked due to picking up and pleeing guilty to a new misdemeanor charge. He's been in jail since Nov. 7th with no bond. His next court date is the Feb. 26th everybody including two lawyers have stated that he was going to be getting out after 90 days but he didn't. Hes supposed to be doing 2 for 1 also the next time he goes to court would be 113 days. Im trying to figure out if I need to get him a lawyer before the 26th so he doesn't serve more time than he already is?
