was pulled over for "black tint " windows, that have been removed. The car is eleven yrs old and prior owner had these windows. My son carries knives for protection, esp when we go to NY. He was cooperative, but given a crime to the 4th degree. Can you explain this and the possible charges? Thank you.
Your son will win the case if the windows are not tinted. The police had to have a reason to stop your son. If no reason, then you win. Your son must file a Motion to Suppress. Ed Dimon
