my son was arrested for family violence that we reported and after a few months in jail i took him out on bond. He escaped and right now we have no clue where he is . The AFR and all came asking us about him and we kept saying we dont know. The afr keeps trying to make us look like we did something by tricking us and lying. Now they called and said that they want one of us to go to India to look for him. Is that legal to arrest a Indian citizen who escaped court from America in indian land? Is it ok if they keep calling and disturbing us with no proof?
