hey have a felony conviction in harrisburg pa for 5lbs of mj, poss with int. to deliver. convicted 9/15 did probation paid off of all fines.

how long would you suggest i would have to paid to maybe attempt to get expunged or is it out of the question and not a possibility with a felony conviction. thankyou

Felonies cant be expunged. Your only option to clear your record is a pardon which, from what Ive seen, you need a good fifeen years crime free to even apply for.
