QUESTION

How can a 9 year old DUI removed from my record?

Asked on May 30th, 2017 on DUI/DWI - Utah
More details to this question:
I reinstated my license from another state. The other state had told me that I had an international hold on my license due to the DUI I had since 2008. The other state told me that I needed to get an interlock to a vehicle that I don't have. My fines are paid and was told that my case was closed.

You need to file a petition to expunge your record with the court where you were convicted. If you go to the Utah courts website, you can find the instructions on what you need to do to get the record expunged.
