NO DICE. You cannot expunge MULTIPLE felonies/misdemeanors. These are with you forever. Good luck!

Unfortunately, in Washington state you can only expunge one felony conviction, not multiple felonies and the felony cannot be murder, rape, robbery or a crime against persons. That being said, the best course of action would probably be to expunge the most serious felony conviction.

If you have had no intervening arrests, after 10 years, felony records can be sealed in MA. There are exceptions both ways. In other words, some felonies can not be sealed (e.x. Sex Registration crimes) ever, while some felonies can be sealed sooner, depending on the charges and the outcome. I would advise that you first speak with the Probation Department of the court where your charges lie to see if it's something you can do on your own, with a bit of guidance from Probation. If it is more complex, then you can hire an attorney. You will not be able to "expunge" the charges. You may be able to have the charges sealed, depending on when and what the final disposition was and what the charges are.
