How can i avoid losing my license and avoid any jail time?

I have recently been charged with Misdemeanour Citation Reckless Driving. The car malfunctioned resulting in the car zooming through the parking lot. This is my first offence. I am a commuter college student trying to obtain a business degree. I don't want to go to jail and i can't afford to lose my license.

You need to hire an attorney in the county where you are charged to represent you.
