How can I avoid points for my speeding ticket?

More details to this question:
I was driving in a 40mph zone and it then became a 25mph zone. I was driving down a smallish hill prior to the 25mph zone. I was in the process of braking. I got stopped because the officer said that I was going 44mph in a 25mph zone. Please help

This should be relatively easy to downgtrade to a 0 point ticket. There are a number of different possible 0 point offenses that this may be downgraded to that impose a small fine without having to plea to unsafe driving, which is also 0 points but has a significant monetary penalty. You can consult an attorney to assist you. Some jurisdictions and towns do not permit 0 point downgrades EXCEPT for unsafe driving, while others do. A local traffic attorney will be able to assist you.
