More details to this question:
A Roommate ordered boots online and had them delivered to our address. from what he says they were Delivered on 9 26 2018. They were left on the front porch by the mail but he says he never got the package. I got a criminal summons because he said he seen me wearing a pair of boots saying that they were the ones he ordered. If he wants my boots that bad he can have them cause even though they came used from a yard sale they are good ones. How can I be charged because I've got boots not even new ones that are slip on like he ordered.

It's his word against yours. That is evidence.
