More details to this question:
How can I beat a robbery in the first they accuse me of robbing two drug addicts of two phones and money? They found my new low powered gun. That's the only evidence but I didn't rob any one. I think I know who did. How do I go about the situation?
They also have the statements of the two victims as well as eyewitness identification. Retain a good lawyer, tell him the truth, and he will handle the case.
Do not under any circumstances attempt this by yourself as it is very complex and the consequences are too serious. Consult with an experienced criminal attorney in your area, to thoroughly review the case and all evidence and discuss your options. If you know who did it, the prosecutor may agree to drop the case or give you immunity if you testify against that person or give information that would lead to his arrest and conviction.
