How can I correct erroneous arrests on my record?

More details to this question:
I just performed a background check from Alabama and noticed some arrests that are not mine. How can i clear this matter?

You must file a Motion with the Court in the County in which the arrests appeared then be fingerprinted by the Sheriff's Office of that county and when the fingerprints do not match the Court will send an Order to the State of Alabama to have the information removed from the system.
