How can I drop a restraining order on my fiancée?

More details to this question:
I have bipolar and sometimes take a joke seriously and this time I did I got a restating order and once I started taking my medications I realized he had been joking. How can I drop the restraining order?

File a motion to withdraw in court. I would suggest avoiding the reason for withdrawal as that could expose you to false swearing charge.

You will need to appear at the court where you filed the petition with a motion asking the court to vacate the order. The judge will most likely want to question you about your decision. It may help to have medical records confirming your conditions.
