Asked on Dec 09th, 2013 on Expungements - Missouri
More details to this question:
I was convicted in 1974 for murder at 15 years old. I was paroled in 1984 at 25. It’s been 29 years now and I have been in no trouble save a speeding ticket in all these years. I’ve worked, raised a family and been married to the same woman for 27 years.
In Missouri, felony murder can not be expunged. If you have a personal connection to the governor, you might apply for a pardon, but that rarely is granted.
