How can I expunge a past criminal record and a recent misdemeanor case?

More details to this question:
I have a past criminal record. The things I said to this person were threatening but at the time, I and she squash this. We went to multiple hotel rooms and multiple restaurants. She did it on a revenge. The misdemeanor I know I can't get the felonies expunged that happened years ago. It's like they're holding it against me.
