I completed all the courts play and it was supposed to be dropped to a misdemeanor and it's still a felony.

When did you file a Motion requesting the modification? ( it does not happen on its own, you actually have to file a Request for it.) If you did not, do so, stating all the facts. Your best bet would be to hire an attorney to handle it for you.
