How can I get a 21-year old felony expunged?

More details to this question:
I tried to get my felony expunged through the Judge Mathis program but they denied me because I was arrested for driving on suspended license. I really need to get this off my record so I can get a good job and I don't have the money for a lawyer. I am in Michigan.

Unfortunately, driving offenses are specifically excluded from expungement.
