More details to this question:
Me and my baby daddy have been put in a situation and the court has ordered a DVO. I have heard from a friend he is attending his counseling and anger management classes. But he did miss a drug test for the first time. But other than that he is doing good and trying to go collage and change his life around. I feel that the DVO shouldn't be considered anymore because I am changing my life around as well for my daughter. How can I get it dropped?

You may file a motion to terminate the DVO. You may contact your local circuit or family clerk to ask them if they have forms to do this. Otherwise, you will need to retain private counsel to assist you. I hope this has helped and I wish you all the best!
