How can I get a violation removed from my driving record?

Hi, back in December 2016 I had 2 tickets for driving with a suspended license and registration, I went to court and plead guilty I paid $250 for both tickets. Now, I'm trying to drive with uber they did a background they said they can't take me in until I fix my driving record. I would like to know how can I take this thing off my record and what's the steps. Thank you

As Mr. Dimon mentions, there is no way to remove things that are on your driving record, no matter how long ago they occurred. Your problem is you plead guilty, so it is not possible to go back at this time to try and appeal your conviction. Points go away after time but the underlying charges do not get removed.
