You should hire a lawyer to go to court to recall the warrant. A lawyer can do this without you present, so it is less risky for you.

You need to either turn yourself in or try to schedule a hearing before the judge so that the warrant can be quashed.

You can either turn yourself in and pay the bond and they will give you a new court date and release you, or you can hire an attorney to lift the warrant for you and represent you for the underlying charges.

You can't afford not to consult with and attorney to clean up this matter. Obliviously there is a reason for the warrant, which was most probably caused by your action or inaction. It will not be getting better, or less costly.
