how can i get an eviction record cleared?

More details to this question:
never went to court. record that landloard never persued. i stopped payment due to : "warranty of habitability" to keep your home and building in liveable condition; extreme flooding from roof into apartment for an extended period of time need to erase from record so i can rent new apartmnet

If you are talking about a money judgment you can make a motion. If you are talking about the judgment for eviction you can do nothing, as the judgment was satisfied by your eviction.
