How can I get an FTP bench warrant recalled?

I have unpaid fines two months past due and just saw the county has issued a bench warrant for failure to pay.

Pay in full, including the new added costs. Or hire counsel, and have a payment made when you appear and ask for warrant to be lifted and a new payment plan to be signed.
