how can I get back credit for a license suspension?

More details to this question:
license suspended in sept 2004 for 3years to 2007. Penndot says that I didn't receive credit towards that suspention because I didn't acknowlege it so my suspension didn't start until 2007 for another 3 years. during 2004 though my licens expired. Can I receive credit from the license expiration date?

Generally not. They are very tough on this. You should consult a good lawyer.
