I have ascertained that law enforcement has been irradiating me since 2008. In 2011 I developed a hypersensitivity to the RF they were bombarding me with. I have losses in vision, balance and memory and hearing as a result. And still the irradiating goes on, because they know I cannot get legal representation. But I continue to try. Can you help me, represent me?

You may be a paranoid schizophrenic and in need of psychiatric help if I read your question properly. Many people think the police and others are messing with their brains, trying to "astro punch " them, or sending waves of something into their brains. That is why they wear the tin foil hats for protection.
