How can I get my loved one out of prison? What's the process?

This is a very odd and unusual situation for most, because it's very rare, other than that fact, this wonderful man of mine is in prison because he was in love with me. I met him, I fell in love, at first it was just friends because I was involved with someone else and so was he. It was like a normal high school relationship just to the next level just without the drugs and alcohol. Him and I spend hours on end together, we ate, slept, did outdoor sporting. We basically lived together. I would sneak out of my parents house to see him at night, and we would go out to eat or go to his house, and yes we'd have sex. Only when I pleased. And that was all the time. I'm very proud to say that I'm still in love with this amazing man who I miss so very much and I'm waiting to see him again. He has 3 years left or 2 and 10 months, it around that time. Please let me know what I need to do to get him out? Another thing, I'm 17 years old. Please no judgments. Thank you
