How can I get my loved ones pre-convictions time applies to his sentence. He is owed 2 years of time

My loved one was sentenced to 12 years at 100% due to the drug free school zone law here in TN. He has been incarcerated for 10 years now. He is owed 2 years jail time where he was in jail those two years before being convicted. What steps do we need to take to get that time credited to his sentence?

Need to contact the Tn. Department of Corrections to try and get credit.
