how can i get my records expunged

Expungment is done through the solicitor's office. Not all offenses may be expunged (felonies may only be expunged unnder the JOA). Also, an expungment simply seals the record. The courts will still have access. If you are looking to have certain rights restored (i.e. gun ownership) you must apply for a pardon through the governor's office.
