More details to this question:
I received a ticket in the mail from east brunswick. I am being charged with allowing a suspended drive to operate a vehicle, however I was not aware his license was suspended or that he even took my car because I was home sleep. I did not realize until I got a text in the middle of the night from my cousin telling me that he had gotten arrested in my car. I could not give permission if I was sleep. How can i get this dismissed?

The prosecutor must prove beyond a reasonable doubt that you knew the car was being driven by your cousin and that your cousin did not have a drivers license. The better approach is to work with the prosecutor to demonstrate that you did not have the knowledge of the car being driven by your cousin. we would work with the prosecutor and with you to provide the required documentation to the prosecutor to have you cleared of all charges.
