QUESTION

How can I go about Expungement?

Asked on Dec 04th, 2013 on Expungements - Michigan
More details to this question:
In 2006 I was arrested for criminal liability. Since I was a juvenile, I went through pretrial diversion and I was never officially charged. In 2007, I was arrested for simple assault. This offense consisted of an object being thrown from a car and hitting a pedestrian. All 5 in vehicle were charged with simple assault. I plead guilty and was convicted and paid a small fine. 6 years later, I am having trouble finding a respectable job because I have to disclose these offenses. Is it possible to have both offenses expunged from my record? One non conviction and one conviction?

In Missouri, there are only a few types of misdemeanor convictions that are eligible for expungement. Assault is not one of the types of convictions eligible for expungement.
