Asked on Aug 06th, 2013 on Expungements - Michigan
More details to this question:
I have a conviction of 18 USC 472. I completed all terms, fines and supervised probation in December 2008. I have no other arrests/charges on record. Since original conviction, I have been active in community (president neighborhood association) and various other activities to betterment of my community. I can obtain several personal references as well. I would like to know if my conviction can be pardoned, expunged, or sealed? What are your recommendations? Thank you very much for your time.
In Missouri, there are only 3 types of felonies that can be expunged after 20 years of good behavior. You need to consult a lawyer located in the city or county where you were convicted, and ask the lawyer if your type of conviction qualifies for expungement.
