How can I keep my name out of the newspaper and media if I have been indicted on false embezzlement charges?

I worked at a local check store for 3 years and got charged with embezzlement in Kosciusko, MS but I have my evidence that will prove my innocence. I just need to know how to keep my name out the media and newspaper because I'm also trying to get custody of my grandson and if my name comes up in the paper that would forfeit my chance of getting him.
