More details to this question:
I have an email from the FBI that states that if I don't pay for an anti-terrorism certificate I will be charged with laundry fund asked 30 minutes ago - about a Consignment Box at FBI Headquarters at the airport. It came by the way of a diplomat carrier and was stop due to the lack of document. I was informed that I need to pay the fee or they will have me arrested. I also tried to ask for contact information to confirm the identity of the officer but I was told they don't have time to talk. I just want to make sure this is not real.
It sounds like you have been scammed and this is the way they are presently attempting to extort you. See an attorney, this does not sound even remotely correct.
It is not. The FBI does not demand payment via facebook. If you take this sort of claptrap as even remotely real, you may be spending way too much time in social network worlds.
