QUESTION

How can my DLN be take off NDR list?

More details to this question:
3 years ago I was involved in an accident and did not have insurance. Next day after accident I had insurance, however my licence still had to be reinstated. I did not have to take any tests, just paid $65 and they said my licence was valid. My state driving record states: ACCIDENT - PROPERTY DAMAGE FAILURE TO PROVIDE EVIDENCE OF FIN RESP REINSTATEMENT - TEST REQUIRED My driving record in NDR shows status as LICENSED (which means its been reinstated) and I need to find out how can I(if possible at all)remove my DL number from NDR all together. It is very important for my future employment.

You would need to contact the Department of Safety to ask it how to remove your name from the NDR list.
