My husband had a DUI about 6 years ago in Nevada and we currently live in California. The DUI on his record is harming his career opportunities. How would we go about expunging the DUI from his record?

A person can attempt to have their records expunged with or without the assistance of an attorney. It is advisable to use an attorney to insure that records from all agencies are expunged. In Nevada a misdemeanor DUI can be expunged 7 years after the conviction.
