QUESTION

How can my son get his case separated from his cousins?

More details to this question:
He didn’t know that his cousins were going to rob, but did go inside. My son had no weapon. Cousin gave a false statement. I believe he will not get fair trial.

Your son's attorney needs to file a motion to bifurcate. If your son does not have an attorney, he needs one.
