More details to this question:
I'm in the Marine Corp and was taken to a treatment center in San Antonio to treat my PTSD as well as other issues due to being overseas. My neighbor is charging me for Illegal dumping of leaves. The leaves are from his tree that oversees my property. Ever since I bought the house the leaves been there. The whole reason he is charging me for this is because I sued him for continuously trespassing to my property while I'm not there as well for trespassing when I'm there and harassing me. What should I do?
