QUESTION

How could a federal criminal case be sealed?

Asked on Oct 10th, 2012 on Expungements - Michigan
More details to this question:
I was convicted in 1998 for embezzlement. This was a federal case. I served a three-year probation and community service, which was completed in 2001. I have been working for the last ten years or so. I wanted to get information about getting my case sealed. Having to reveal my criminal past limits me in the work world. I want to be able to move further in the work force. This was my first and only offense. I have never done anything else before or after this. I have been married for 20 years and have three children. I just want better for my family.
