More details to this question:
I was arrested for minor intoxication and I had no way to get to my court dates. Now I have a warrant. It is $300 cash or surety and says something about 100 miles extradition. What does the extradition mean and how can I avoid jail time? I'm currently looking for jobs and do not need potential employers to see this warrant on me.
You can hire an attorney to get your warrant lifted and get the MIP charge reduced to a lesser offense. 100 miles extradition means that's the geographical range of the warrant.
