How do I drop a no contact order after my fiancé has been sentenced?

More details to this question:
My fiancé and I had a domestic and now my child and I are heartbroken. The prosecutor attorney lied and said my daughter was present but she wasn't. She lied and said that because of my daughter and said that the no contact should stay in place.

All you should have to is write judge a letter telling the court that you want no contact order lifted. Be there for sentencing because the judge will want ho verify your wishes.
